14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, submit a return request through our website or contact us at vincejespers.sb@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Do not send your return to the address shown on the original packaging or shipping label. That may be the address of our international fulfilment partner and is not our return address.

Return shipping costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

The return shipping cost is €6.95 per return shipment within the Netherlands.

Condition of the product

You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store.

Do not use or install the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

If the product loses value because of handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund, where permitted by law.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the applicable amounts within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will also refund the original cost of our standard delivery. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery method you selected will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise.
